I do not do blondes highlights or any other single or double process color. _________________________________________________ APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY Appointments for the following month are released on the 11th of each month. _________________________________________________ WAITLIST Please include your preferred date and time in the comments when joining the waitlist. If an appointment becomes available that matches your request, you will receive one text message notification. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. (Please review carefully) 48-Hour Notice Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance. Same-Day Changes Any same-day cancellation or reschedule request is considered a cancellation and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance before rebooking. No-Shows Failure to arrive for your appointment is considered a no-show and will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance. A new booking will be required to continue. Lateness There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled at my discretion and treated as a same-day cancellation, with 100% of the remaining balance charged. Rescheduling Window Appointments may only be rescheduled once and must be moved within 10 days of the original appointment date. If not rescheduled within this window, a new booking is required.
