Shoulder-length or exceptionally thick hair may require additional time and fees. Please inquire before booking. ✓ Hair & Scalp Health: Active hair loss, excessive thinning, balding edges, visible scalp conditions and excessive buildup are not eligible for service. ✓ Bring Your Own Hair: Bundles must be new, unused, freshly shampooed and completely dry. Straight or wavy textures only. No kinky, kinky-straight or yaki hair. ✓ Closures: Only quality 2×6 or 5×5 HD lace closures are accepted. ✓ Color: Hair coloring services are not offered. ⸻ PAYMENTS & FLEXIBLE CHECKOUT Cash, Zelle, debit and credit cards are accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later options are available at checkout for eligible clients, subject to provider approval and terms. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for card payments. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. (Please review carefully) 48-Hour Notice Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance. Same-Day Changes Any same-day cancellation or reschedule request is considered a cancellation and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance before rebooking. No-Shows Failure to arrive for your appointment is considered a no-show and will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance. A new booking will be required to continue. Lateness There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled at my discretion and treated as a same-day cancellation, with 100% of the remaining balance charged. Rescheduling Window Appointments may only be rescheduled once and must be moved within 10 days of the original appointment date. If not rescheduled within this window, a new booking is required.
